In the past five years, School of Medicine has obtained more than 150 projects of provincial and ministerial level and above, including 1 Outstanding Youth Project supported by National Natural Fund, 1 Excellent Youth Project supported by National Natural Fund, 1 National Natural Science “National 973 Program”, 2 projects under key R&D program of Ministry of Science and Technology, 1 key research program supported by National Natural Science Fund, 1 project under National Sci-tech Support Plan, 4 key projects supported by National Natural Science Fund and 2 international cooperative projects supported by National Natural Science Fund, with cumulative scientific research funds of up to more than 92 million yuan. Also, the school has published more than 1100 articles in journals of various levels and 33 works, won awards for 4 scientific research achievement of provincial and ministerial level and above, and 18 municipal and department level achievements. The school has recently established 1 engineering research center of Ministry of Education, 1 Zhejiang Province Key Sci-tech Innovation Team, 1 Zhejiang Province Engineering Laboratory and 2 Zhejiang Province Experimental Teaching Demonstration Centers.
